Jumoja yawns softly, opening his eyes and lifting his head, looking slowly around the room, his gaze settling finally on you, next to him. He noses lightly, smiling. K'aaria was lying there watching you sleep. As you awaken, her eyes light up and she licks your nose softly. "Good morning." Jumoja purrs softly and smiles warmly, leaning over to lick your muzzle softly. "Good morning, dear. How did you sleep?" K'aaria's soft smile glows as she lifts her head up to nuzzle your neck. "I slept wonderfully..as always." Jumoja mms and covers your head with his own, nuzzling down the back of your neck and purring. "Always," he says, grinning lightly at you. "Is a little different than it once was, isn't it?" K'aaria chuckles quietly, arching her neck up against your muzzle. "At least we're here together. I don't think I could have handled being apart." Jumoja nods softly, the bass rumble of his constant purr just audible. "We promised each other," he reminds, smiling, leaning down to nuzzle further. "Forever. Someone was listening." K'aaria lets her purr blend with yours. "He listened and he granted us our greatest desire...to be together." She glances towards the caves entrance. "Are the cub's still sleeping?" Jumoja follows your gaze, and seems to see. He smiles, and nods. "I believe so, yes." His expression turns to happy pride as he thinks of our cubs. "Your sister did us a great service." K'aaria smiles at the expression she sees on your face reaching up to caress your cheek with a paw. "Mali was wonderful, wasn't she? I hope she's as happy as we were with this Akili?" Jumoja purrs and leans into your caress softly, nodding. "I hope so, too.. she deserves all the happiness in the world." He smiles softly, "I didn't think it would be like this.. that.. we would be here, instead of down there. But.. it's not so bad, is it?" K'aaria's smile softens a little as she admits, "Sometimes I miss being there. But I'm happy here with you." She turns and nuzzles you once more. "I wouldn't want to be anywhere else." Jumoja purrs and licks over your muzzle lightly, smiling. "With you is the only place I need to be, K'aaria." He looks towards the portal to the Earth. "I miss it sometimes, too.. and, I sometimes wish I could visit." He smiles, "But, it isn't right. Things have moved on.. and we're still together." K'aaria nods slowly, turning to look too. "Do you ever miss Fevra? I wonder how her cubs are?" Jumoja smiles at that. "I never quite understood Fevra. Even now, when I know more, I still don't understand her. But I do miss her." He smiles, getting to his paws. "Come," he says, "Let's go to the summit." K'aaria can't help a soft chuckle as she rises too. She nudges your side playfully. "is the sun rising or setting?" Jumoja chuckles and noses you affectionately, purring. "Both," he teases. K'aaria laughs. "We better hurry then or we'll miss one of them." Jumoja grins K'aaria grins as she follows you. Jumoja grins. "Gotta keep up, love :)" (room change to summit) K'aaria races up behind you, laughing when you still manage to beat her! Jumoja smiles and turns to nuzzle you.. "Here we are... with everything we could want to see." His smile softens. "I'm glad this is here... I felt like we would have come here our last night, if the hunt had gone better." K'aaria noses your side. "You're still in fantastic shape. Must be working out somewhere I don't know about." Jumoja laughs softly, grinning at you. "I stay in shape to keep my lioness proud of me." K'aaria's smile fades a little as she moves closer to the edge to look out at the eternity before her. Jumoja moves up beside you, staying in close contact to your side. "It's.. amazing.. how much there is." K'aaria lies her head on your side as she continues to gaze off into the distance. "We really are incredibly lucky, aren't we?" Jumoja's smile grows again, and he nods. "We are... we had so many dreams come true." He smiles, "You were my favourite dream." K'aaria tilts her head to look into your eyes, answering softly. "And you were mine. You still are." Jumoja smiles warmly, looking softly back into your eyes, feeling the love flow between us. "Do you ever wonder... what might have been?" K'aaria sighs softly, her head falling gently unto your chest. "Would it be awfull if I admit yes?" Jumoja purrs and lowers his head to nuzzle lightly, shaking his head and mane lightly. "No, love, it'd be expected." He looks out over the world far below. "There are so many possibilities.. and we can only see one." K'aaria smiles, her face tucked in your mane. "If you could have done anything you wanted, what would you have done? I mean...if you'd known we had only a short time?" Jumoja lifts his forepaw, wrapping it over your shoulder and drawing you closer to him. He thinks a moment, and smiles. "Drawn you near," he whispers softly, "and told you over and over how much I love you, till you couldn't take it anymore." He smiles teasingly. K'aaria laughs softly, tipping her head back to nibble the bottom of your chin. "Well, you can still do that you know. Although I highly doubt I could ever reach the point of not wanting to hear it anymore!" Jumoja purrs and tips his head back a bit, smiling. "I have all of eternity to try, my love." He chuckles, softly. "Oh.. we still have everything, we have each other." K'aaria sits back up and looks around. "And, we have all of this. Who would have thought eternity would be so very perfect? And so much like what we left behind?" Jumoja smiles warmly, nosing lightly against the side of your neck. "Someone who knew much better than we what perfect would be." He purrs softly. "I'm so very happy to be with you, K'aaria." K'aaria tilts her had, rubbing it against yours. "I'm happy to be here with you too, Love. I guess if I could make a choice, I wouldn't have had it happen any other way."
